Proud Muslim Prison Ministry is trying  to raise money for renting a building in the downtown Killeen area.  The planned vision is for that building to also be a prayer place [residents will be required to observe the 5 daily prayers].  That building will serve as a house for people reentering society.  STRONG MUSLIM BEHAVIOR MUST BE LIVED UP TO [as the person MUST AGREE TO] before even being accepted as a resident.  Residents will have to strictly follow any parole obligations.  And people who are physically able must work a legal job.
